[what payments are accepted?]

All payments are made via paypal at checkout.  Paypal allows for direct transfer of funds, or use of a credit card.  Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still purchase as a guest.

[how are the items shipped?]

4x6 and 8x12 prints are slid into plastic sleeve and will be carefully flat-packaged in a sturdy mailer; larger prints will be rolled and packaged in a sturdy tube.  T-shirts are shipped in a tear-proof poly envelope.
All items are shipped via USPS within 3-5 days of purchase.  Shipping costs depend on the number of items purchased -- ordering multiple items together is cheaper to ship than each item separately.  Items are coming from Syracuse, NY, so allow for appropriate transit time based on distance from the source.

[what about refunds or exchanges?]

All sales are final, although exchanges can be arranged for different shirt sizes or colors.
Great care is taken to package orders in a way that ensures minimal chance of damage in transit.  If an order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.  Shipping cost would be covered by buyer.

[can you do any custom designs?]

Certainly.  Custom designs and orders are welcome -- please contact me with any requests.

[are there any more designs in the works?]

There are plenty of neighborhoods in the city of Syracuse, and the goal is to capture every one of them in print form.  Other items, such as new T-shirt designs, will be created when inspiration hits.  Keep an eye on the blog and the facebook page for announcements of new items.
